Shipping

Most of our customers love to visit our store to browse, select and take home their products, but for those who are out of the area or are traveling and can’t take the products with them, we can certainly arrange shipping for you!

To begin an order with us, you can call us directly at (541) 549-8196 during our normal business hours or email at [email protected]. When emailing us, please include a name and a contact phone number in the event we have trouble replying back via email. For your convenience, please use our easy to use form located in the Contact Us tab.  We will take your credit card and shipping information confidentially over the phone and shred it afterwards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

The prices are varied for shipping, depending on the item size and the destination. If you would like for us to get a quote for you, please call or email with the product information and a ZIP code.

If you need to ship us back anything, please use our physical address for UPS or FedEx and our postal box for US Postal Service. We are not responsible for a returning shipping cost.

We take great efforts in the photos we take of our Zapotec rugs so to accurately reflect their coloring.  There can be small differences in the coloring due to changes in the hand-crafted dye lots or these can look slightly different in person then they do on your computer, We welcome you to visit us in our store so you can actually feel the product you will soon take home and adopt one!
